REQUEST FOR HEARING OF u
Attached is a petition of the State of Maryland for leave to intervene and request for a hearing. The petition was filed in response to a notice of consideration of issuance of a materials license for the storage of spent fuel and other radioactive materials onsite at the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Station.
The notice was published at 55 Fed. Reg. 4742 (February 9, 1990).

The hearing request is being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 C.R.F. 2.772 (j )
