In consideration of the entire record of this case,
. including Applicant's Motion for Reconsideration,I which I received by facsimile transmission this morning, -- and in.
I consideration of Applicant's promise to begin TRUMP-S at least two weeks after their filing deadline and to notify me two weeks in advance of initiation of TRUMP-S -- I am grant-ing Applicant the full extension of time it has requested.
It may file its responsive case by meeting the overnight
'Because the issues related to this time extension are well known to me and have been argued already (Tr. 325-337), I have decided not to wait for a responsive pleading before' ruling.
I was persuaded by further consideration of the complexity of the case Rockwell must file and by its representation that it considers some of the issues arising from my decision on the Motion to Strike to be "new issues."
In particular, I am considerate of the possibility that a responsive filing to my decision on quality assurance might require substantial time for preparation.

I have not yet received a motion for a stay from Com-mittee to Bridge the Gap (see Tr. 298-305) but I learned by telephone yesterday that one might arrive within a week.
