Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages, Approval No. 0350-expired on January 31, 1990.
If you are an NRC licensee and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71, or an Aaree-ment State Licensee subject to the requirements of 10 CFA Part 71,
-as required by 10 CFR Part 150.20 a QA Program approved by the Commission as satisfying the prov1sions of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.
