Under Section C - Description / Specification / Work Statement Subparagraph.
C.1, Statement of Work, is modified to add the following:
" Task 7-f.
The contractor shall support the NRC to respond to specific concerns y
i raised by the ACRS.
These concerns are documented in its letter dated October 11, 1989,' and may include potential subsequent ACRS/NRC y
comments.
(1) Support consists of investigating and identifying'the h
~ most appropriate means to respond to these ACRS concerns.
(2) The k
contractor shall provide a technical evaluation report documenting its findings.
In. keeping with the intent of Task 5-and 6,.the contractor shall provide modifications to the technical findings report and q:
appropriate assistance. The NRC will notify the ACRS of these findings. A second iteration may be required depending on ACRS 1
pomments of the initial evaluation report.
The contractor shall I
' support these subsequent efforts if additional ACRS comments are received.
Deliberables:
Technical Evaluation Report (s) - 60 days from contractor receipt of ACRS comments.
Completed Technical Findings Report - will be determined based on ACRS comments.
Travel:
Two(2) contractor representatives to Washington, D.C. area 3
for 3 days."

Section B - Supplies or Services and prices / Costs, subparagraph B.2, LConsideration and Obligation is revised to read as follows:
"B.2 Consideration and Obligation a.
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be $310,951.80 of which the sum of $285,190.00 represents the reimbursable costs, and of which
$25,761.80 represents the fixed fee.
b.
There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the contractor's fixed fee by reason of dif ferences between any estimate of cost for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost performance of that work.
