The anspection was an enemination of the activities conducted under your license es they relate to radiation safety and to comphence with the Nuclear Reguistory Commimont (NAC) rules end regulations and the conditions of your license. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and r:presentative records, interviews, with persennet, and observations by the inspector. The findings as e result of this int.pection see es f ollows:
