Hugh, A train CC Valve 122, which is the 15 outside containment isolation valve for Train A, has a danger 16 tag on the air supply valve.

t 17 The parent number is89-514.

There's two tags 18 associated with that:

Valve 4A and Valve 4B.

19 That tag-out has been released.

You can pull the 20 tags on those.

(Inaudible) back to the valve, and I'd like to' 21 stroke it to make sure that o ring isn't going to leak by it.

CC component cooling water valve 122, 24 which is Loop A, outside containment isolation, has a tag-out 25 on it.

It's called 89-514.

It has two tags:

Valve 4B and

Valve 4A.

2 We want to pull those tags, open the air supplies, 3

and I want to stroke that valve to make sure that the O ring 4

that they replace isn't going to leak.
