REVISION 24 TO THE PALISADES SECURITY' PLAN Attached is one original and'3 copies of corrected pages to the Palisades Security Plan, Revision 24 which was originally submitted to your office on February 28, 1990. These are corrections of typographical errors on Page 2 and 3 of the " Justification for Revisions" and corrected pages 28 and 29 of 47 in which a portion of Section 4.5.2 was inadvertently deleted during text processing. The remafrder of the revision is correct as' submitted.
- Consumers Power Company has determined these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan and therefore submits these changes in ' accordance with_10CFR50.54 (p).
Consumers Power Company requests-the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure since it contains information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
