SUBJECT:
PROPOSED RULE TO IMPROVE LOW-LEVEL WASTE SHIPMENT MANIFEST INFORMATION AND REPORTING As requested in your memorandum of March 6, 1990, we have reviewed the proposed rule to improve the information contained in low-level waste shipment manifests, to establish minimum requirements for storage of shipment manifest information in disposal facility computer systems, and to require that disposal facility operators routinely report manifest information in an electronic format.
We have no comment on the proposed rule.
