Under Paragraph F. - Phase 11 Work Plan of the Statement of Work, subparagraph c. - Final Report, Bullet No. 3 - Utilities Formal Report-
. Review is hereby deleted in-its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof, ati:6 additional cost,-with the following:

The contractor'shall attend a meeting at the NRC office in.

'Rockville, Maryland-on Wednesday, May 17, 1989.
The purpose of the meeting is to resolve technical differences on integrated leak rate results re public comments on

Appendix J.
The meeting will require one staff person.

Upon completion of the work, the contract shall present a

This meeting will require one staff person and will be held at the NRC office in Rockville, Maryland. -The exact date of the meeting will be_
