Toledo Edison has reviewed the subject proposed changes to 10CFR50.61, the Pressurized Thermal Shock (PTS) rule, and comments submitted by the Nuclear Management and Resources Council (NUMARC) and the Nuclear Utility Backfitting and Reform Group (NUBARG).
Toledo Edison endorses the NUMARC and NUBARG comments.
