Safeguards-Material Control and Accounting (MC&A) 1.0 Analysis During the SALP performance period of July 1,1988 thru March 31, 1990 it was deters.ined that, within the scope of Safeguards MC&A inspections i
performed by Headquarters Domestic Safeguards and Regional Oversight Branch (SGDB) personnel, Conbustion Engineering-Windsor her. met the general performance cbjectives of 10 CFR 74.31(a) by means of the implementation and maintentnce of the system capabilities outlined in 10 CFR 74.31(c)(1) thru (B).
Inspector follow-Up Items (performance period, the total thirteen openIFI's-92701) iden During this same SALP reports were closed by SGDD MC&A inspection personnel. These closures support our conclusion that CE-Windsor's MCf.A organization and n.enagement controls have been effective in upgrading the performance of their low enriched uranium MC&A systenis.
