On March 14, 1990 Intervenors filed an emergency motion for extension of stay of full power operation. The motion was based on testimony to be presented before a Congressional Subconunittee. That testimony was, in turn, based on alleged excerpts from certain Institute for Nuclear Power Operations j.
(INP0) reports related to Seabrook. Applicants oppose the motion.
The motion is denied for the reasons explained below.
