Enclosedisanapplicationforanexportlicense(XSNM02509),recently received by the Nuclear Regulatory Connission, for the export of low-enriched uranium for conversion and fabrication-in Sweden. The material will then be returned to the U.S. for use as fuel in the Peach Bottom 2 and Limerick 2
. reactors. Assurances from Sweden are required that the material will be subject-to all.of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.
Please note that the material is of Canadian origin.
