' Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPC0) hereby notifies the Commission that as of' February 23, 1990, licensed operator #0P-10775 was removed from licensed duties due to failure to meet the medical requirements of 10CFR55.21.
L Resumption of this individual's licensed ' duties shall commence-following successful demonstration that the medical requirements of 10CFR55.21 are satisfied.
