Docket 70-371, SNM License #368: Withdrawal of Amendment Requests
Dear Sir,
As a result of a change in government procurement programs, UNC Naval Products will be phasing down over the next several (two to five) years.
The government has cancelled the contracts associated with the referenced amendment requests and therefore, we are withdrawing them.
I Because operati,ons covered under the subject license will be phased out, we request that review of the renewal submittal dated Nov. 17, i
1989 not be pursued, and that the existing license be continued until we-request termination.
We will keep you informed of our business reduction plans and status as they develop.
