Enclosedisanapplicationforanexportlicense(XSNM02507),recently received by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, for the export of low-enriched uranium for conversion and fabrication in Sweden. The seterial will then be returned to the U.S. for use as fuel in the Fermi-2 reactor. Assurances from Sweden are required that the material will be subject to all_of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.
