in accordance with my July 14, 1987 memorandum. OE will notify OGC within one week of the date of this memorandum as to whether the staff requests an OGC analysis regarding the sufficiency of evidence in the O! Report to support l
any proposed enforcement action.
If an analysis is to be provided by OGC you should not finalize a proposal until their analysis has been received. OGC will infonn you if the analysis-will not be prepared within three weeks of the OE request.
Each of you should note that this matter has been referred to the Department lE of Justice and appropriate handling provisions should be applied.
