COMMENTS ON DRAFT REPORT DATED FEBRUARY 1,1990 ON CLOSE0VT OF BULLETIN 84-03 We have reviewed the subject report and have several editorial comments. A marked-up copy of the report is attached (Enclosure 1).
This report represents.a-real departure from previous bulletin closeout reports in that it contains a chronology of events and engineering data and sketches.
The organization of all this material can be improved.
I am attaching a suggested reconstruction of the table of ccatents (Enclosure 2).
I. don't think
.this reorganization would cause more trouble than changing page numbers, but I think it would be helpful to the reader in keeping.the different contributions to.this problem straight.
Please consider incorporating these comments, revise the report as you judge r
best, and resubmit the revised draft for our concurrence.
