This will confirm recent-conversations with Mr. Nash and Mr. Dielman relating p
to NRC's visit to review the Florida Radiation Control Program for Agreement Materials.
The visit is scheduled for February 27 - March 2,1990.
This will be an informal visit to assess the status of your program and to i
discuss any topics of mutual concern.
The usual questions sent to you in preparation for a full review will not be needed for this visit.
Also, Ray Dielman has coordinated a meeting with HCA - Largo Medical Center (Licensee No.1284-1) to discuss the Brachytherapy incident that occurred on y
January 6,1989.
Ms. Harriet Karagiannis from'our Office for Analysis and Evaluation of Operational _ Data (AE00) will-also be attending this meeting scheduled for February 27, 1990 in largo, Florida.
