i Contract No. NRC-30-83-646 Modification No. 15 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide CY-1990 funds in the amount of $34,400.00 for EM and TLD monitoring programs at Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Plant and Perry Nuclear Power Plant.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
1.
Article V - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT. Paragraph A.,
Consideration. Paragraph 3., is revised to read as follows:
"3.
The amount presently obligated by the Commission with respect to this Cooperative Agreement since inception is $191,112.50."
All other terms and conditions of this Cooperative Agreement remain unchanged.
