NRC-04-89-067 Modification No. 3 Page i >f 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $196,851.00, which fully funds the contract and to revise Subsection H.1 entitled, " Key Personnel" in accordance with Contractor's offer dated December 18, 1989 which is attached hereto and made a part thereof. Therefore, the contract is modified as follows:
1.
Section B, "SUPP!1ES OR SERVICES AND PRICES / COSTS," Subsection B.2, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXE 0 FEE, paragraph c. is revised to read:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$388,851.00."
2.
Section H, "SPECIAL CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS", Subsection H.1, KEY PERSONNEL, paragraph a, is' revised to add the following individual:
t "Dr. H. Mark Blauer" All other terms and conditions remain unchanged, including the contract ceiling amount.of $388,851.00.
