Are you performing low-level waste inspections as outlined in the Core r

' Inspection Program?

2.

How many times has the inspection module 84850 been used in the past year? How many of these times was it used for reactive inspections? Was the module used as a regional initiative and for which facilities.

3.

How many inspectors received low-level waste / transportation training in the past year? Have all inspectors performing low-level waste inspections had this training?

4.

Are there aroblems in licensee waste form and waste classification programs w11ch have been identified during low-level waste inspections?
