ORDER On February 16, 1990, we issued an order setting oral argument for March 28, 1990, on the appeals of the joint intervenors from the Licensing Board's memorandum and order, LBP-89-28, 30 NRC 271 (1989).
The applicants have filed a motion to change the oral argument date stating that one of their counsel, Mr 'Dignan, has-a town meeting in Sudbury,
' Massachusetts, on the evening of March 28, 1990.1 Because counsel for the other parties to do not object to a change in the argument date, we shall, in this instance,-
