On behalf of the Comission, I am pleased to offer you an appointment to the Advisory Comittee for the Medical Uses of Isotopes (ACMUI).
As you know, the ACMU1 advises the Commission on the development of standards and criteria for regulating and licensing uses of radionuclides in human subjects.
This appointment is subject to the review of your Statement of Employment and Financial Interests by the Office of the General Counsel, and the satisfactory

resolution of any conflict of interest issues that may appear.
Accordingly, the Comission offers this appointment based on the understanding that you will not work on any ACMUI matters which are determined to conflict with your outside activities.
Although we will make an effort to minimize our demands on your time, we recognize that service on the Comittee will entail a significant comitment on your part.
