MR. CHILK:
One item, Mr. Chairman, is SECY-90-25.
It's a motion for protective order regarding an administrative subpoena.
The Commission, in this paper, is being asked to act on a motion by Mr. John Corder seeking a protective order staying the enforcement of an administrative subpoena issued by the NRC staff on December 1, 1989.
The Chairman, Commissioners Roberts, Rogers, Curtiss, and Remick have approved the order _as modified by Commissioner Curtiss which denies the motion.
Would you please affirm your votes.
