Reference (a) reported the status of implementation of the Unresolved Safety issues (USI) given in Generic Letter 89-21. The status of USl A-ll was inadvertently incorrectly reported as 'NC, CCNPP Charpy upper shelf energy is less than 50 foot pounds. The status of USI A-ll should read 'NC, CCNPP Charpy upper bhelf energy is not less than 50 foot pounds.'
