PETITIONERS' SUPPLEMENTED PETITION FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE Petitioners address here that Thomas J.
- Saporito, Jr.,
Executive Director for the Nuclear Energy Accountability Project, has on December 11, 1989 secured employment within the city of Miami, Florida as a Digital Electronics / Microprocessor Instructor.
Petitioners would state that the employment of Thomas J.
- Saporito, Jr. coupled with his activities as the Executive Director of NEAP, 'certainly places him in the Miami area within 50 miles of
'the' Turkey Point Nuclear Plant on a regular basis of 5 to 6 days per week.
Petitioners request that the Board concider this employment activity in their decision in granting leave for the Petitioners to intervene.
