Dear Congresswoman Collins:

I am writing to invite you to participate in a special program commemorating the contributions of Black Americans that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission will conduct in February 1990 as part of our observance of Black History Month.

The Commission would be honored if your busy echedule would permit you to be the keynote speaker for our piogram.

We have identified two potential dates for the program, which will be held at the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza in Rockville, Maryland, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m..

The program dates are February 7 and 21, 1990, and as keynote speaker, your availability will determine on which of these dates the program will be scheduled.

We have set aside 20 minutes for your presentation; however, this can be adjusted to accommodate your schedule.

If you or your staff have any questions concerning our invitation, please contact Mr. Dennis Rathbun, Director, Congressional Affairs, Office of Governmental and-Public Affairs, on 492-1776.

Sincerely, o..
