This refers to your application dated August.16, 1989, requesting renewal-of Certificate of Compliance No. 5341 for the Model No.'NFP-55 package.- Since an application was submitted at least 30 days prior to expiration of the Certificate of Compliance, the Certificate of Compliance will not be deemed to have expired until the application has finally been determined.
In connection with our review, we need a. consolidated application. The consolidated application should include drawings of the package design and i
information which shows that the package design meets the requirements of-10 CFR Part 71. Preferably, the application should be in the format of Regulatory Guide 7.9.
The sections on Operating Procedures and Maintenance Programs should be reviewed to assure that they are complete and current.
Note that the Certificate of Compliance may be conditioned to specifically cite the Operating Procedures and Maintenance Programs.
This information should be provided within 90 days-from the date of this letter.
