Notice is hereby provided that your Quality Assurance (QA)
Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages, Approval No. 0313 expired on October 31, 1989.
If you are an NRC licensee and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71, or an Agree-ment State Licensee subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR Part 150.20, a QA Program approved by the Commission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.
Since you no longer have a valid QA Program Approval, ion under the provisions of 10 CFR Part 71.12,the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 registrat to trans-port or deliver licensed material to a carrier for transport is-terminated.
