Notice is hereby provided that your Quality Assurance (QA)
Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages, Approval No.-0338 expired on October 31, 1989.
If you are an NRC licensee and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71, or an Agree-ment State Licensee subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR Part 150.20 a QA Program approved by the Commission as satisfying the prov1sions of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.
Since you no longer have a valid QA Program Approval, ion under the provisions of 10 CFR Part 71.12,the General Licenses of Subpart registrat to trans-port or deliver licensed material to a carrier for transport is terminated.
