Gentlemen:
Enclosed please find one copy of the detailed scenario for the 1989 Fort St. Vrain Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) exercise, entitled FOSAVEA-ES.
Please note that Section 6.0, " Scenario Data; Package", is contained in.a separate binder due to size. Section 6.0 contains all of the plant specific part. meter data, with the exception of radio 1_ogical monitoring data which is located in Sections 7.0 and 8.0.
This scenario is being submitted in accordance with the-schedule set for_th in G-84049 (reference letter) and the new Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) guidelines of 60 days prior to exercise date.
l The exercise, scheduled for the week of November 13, 1989, will include participation by State and Local emergency agencies.
The i
exercise will be initiated during normal working hours (between 0730 o
and 1600 hours0.0185 days <br />0.444 hours <br />0.00265 weeks <br />6.088e-4 months <br />, MST) and conclude approximately six to eight hours after initiation.
