Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $55,000.00.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
'Under Section B, Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs, subsection B.2, Consideration and Obligation, the first sentence of paragraph b. is f
deleted in its entirety and the following sentence is substituted in lieu l
thereof:

The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is j
$2,272,000.00."
All other terms and condition, including the contract ceiling amount of
$3,066,035.00, remain _the same.
