,j, This refers to the routine saiety inspection conducted by Mr. D. R. Gibbons of this office on October 5, 1981, of activities authorized by NRC Byproduct Material License No. 21-08606-03 and to the discussion of our findings with Emmanuel S. Tuazon at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your iicense.
The inspec-tion consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations, independent measurements, and interviews with personnel.
In addition to the above areas, the inspector examined actions desc.ibed in your letter dated October 17, 1980, regarding apparent items. of non-compliance found during on.r June 16-17, 1980 investigation. We have no further questions regarding these matters.
No items or noncompliance with NRL requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this inspection.
