NRC STAFF RESPONSE TO INTERVENORS' MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME On October 5,1981 the Staff received a motion for extension cf time served by Intervenors Christa-Maria, et al., on, September 30, 1981. This motion seeks a nine day extension of the time for filing responses to Licensee's motions concerning Intervenors' additional contentions.

The Staff was not informed of this request prior to the filing of Intervenors' motion. However, since the time requested has almmt past, the Staff sees no point in objecting to Intervenors' motion.
