This is in response to your letter dated July 31, 1981 which transmitted a request for a ten day extension of the reconciliation period for your
-July 1981 ' physical inventory.
We have determined that granting your request will not adversely affect the public health and safety nur the common defense and security and is otherwise in the public interest. Accortlingly, Safeguards Amendment MPP-1 to your License No. SNM-368 is hereby revised, effective immediately, to add a new license condition to read as follows:
Hotwithstanding the requirements of 10 CFR 70.51(e)(4) and
-Section 5.13 of the Plan identified in License Condition 2.1 to reconcile the _results of the July 17, 1981 physical inventory within 30. days, the licensee shall complete all of the' requirements of 70.51(e)(4) for the subject inventory no later than August 26, 1981.
