Dear Mr. Henry:
This is in response to your letter dated July 14, 1981, to the Department of Energy (DOE), in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of documents which identify the names and addresses of purchasers of thorotrast as well as the dates of distribution of the drug.
Enclosed is a copy of n1y August 5,1981 letter to you, with enclosures, in which we responded to your July 15, 1981, request to the NRC for documents regarding thorotrast. As of this date, the NRC has not completed its revicw of the remaining documents subject.to your request. We will respond to both of your requests as soon as the review is completed.
