Thank you for your letter of August 12,1981, in response to our letter and the attwhed Notice of Violation dated July 18, 1981. We note and accept your exception to Item No.1 of the Notice of Violation, however, we require in the future that available documentation authorizing the three year leak test interval be made readily available as required in 10 CFR 34.14(B)(5)(1). As a result of our review, we find additional infonnation, as discussed with your Ms. Linda Gill during a telephone call on Septester 9,1981, is needed.
Relative to your letter of August 12, 1981, no mention was made as to what specific corrective steps would be taken to avoid further violations and the date when full compliance will be achieved.
Please provide us your response to the above concerns, under oath or affinnation, within 10 days of your receipt of this letter se that we can continue our review of this matter.
