Contract No. NRC-04-76-358 I have received reur certiff'ed Appendix C Statement of Actual costs dated November 3,1980 which reflects support cost of $79,644.42 for the period September 1,.1978 through March 31, 1980.
The cumulative support cost for this expired contract from September 1, 1976 through March 31, 1980 are now $203,076.42 The support ceiling under Article III-A is $205,041.00.
The amount of free support is
$1,964.58.
In order that our books will be in agreement, the free support balance of $1,964.58 must be deobligated.
If you agree with the above figures, including the deobligation amount, please sign in the space provided below and return two (2) signed copies of this letter to me.
In' accordance with your telephone. conversation with Helen Hagey of my staff on October 27, 1980, additional contractual requirements must be met before final payment of $191.38, in accordance with your invoice No. 10 dated September 24, 1980, will be made.
These requirements are listed in my January 15, 1980 letter to you, of which a copy is enclosed.
