m IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and among the undersigned attorneys for the parties herein, that on July 22, 1981, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued a final order granting petiticrner a hearing, subject to petitioner advancing one litigable contention, under Section 189(a) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended on the application of the Long Island Lighting Company (LILCO) for an extension to the construction permit for the Shoreham Nuclear Power Plant; and that the Director i

of Nuclear Reactor Regulation issued a decision in response to l

petitioner's applications pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.206 on June 9.6, 1981, and that that decision became a final NRC order on August 6, 1981; l
