FAILURE OF GATE TYPE VALVES TO CLOSE AGAINST DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE The Sacramento Municipal Utility District has reviewed ISE Bulletin 81-02 Supplement, Failure of Gate Type Vales to Close Against Differential Pressure, dated August 18, 1981. We have determined that there are no valves manufactured by Westinghouse Electro-Mechanical Division (W-EMD) installed, or maintained as spares, at Rancho Seco Nuclear Generatirig Station, Unit 1.

Since no affected valves were identified, no further response to this bulletin supplement is necessary and we will consider this bulletin supplement closed out.
