Reference 1 requested two submittals concerning the control of heavy loads. Reference 2 provided the first of these reports for the SNUPPS plants. The follrwup report, which was expected to be submitted this month, will be delayed. The SNUPPS Utilities will submit the second report about December 1,1981.
