' ARTICLE I - STATEMENT OF WORK The work to be performed under this contract shall be performed in accordance with the contractor's technical proposal dated April 14, 1981 as amended July 23, 1981 and August 11, 1981.

ARTICLE II - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The performance of work described in ARTICLE I hereof shall commence as of the effective date of this contract and shall continue to completion thereof, estimated to occur within three years after said contract is effective.

ARTICLE III - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT (Incrementally Funded Cost Reimbursement)

A.

Estimated Cost and Obligation l.

It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be $420,000.00.

2.

Total funds curiently available for payment and allc.

.o this contract are $195,000.00.

3.

It is estimated that the nount currently allotted will cover performance in the initircion of contractor effort for approximately eighteen months from the effective date of the contract.

B.

_ Payment The Governrcant shall render payment to the contractor in approximately thirty (30) days after submission of proper and correct invoices or vouchers.

Additional provisions relating to payment are contained in Article 5 of the General Provisicas hereto.

- ARTICLE IV - OVERHEAD / GENERAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE RATES The solicitation ARTICLE is deleted and replaced by the following:

of the Appendix A - General Provisions, the currently specified overhead rates for billing purposes are as follows:
