' Institute of Technology as a valid holder of an agreement state License Number CA. 147-1, request to register as a user of the Chem-Nuclear Systems Incorporated, (240 Stoneridge Drive, Suite 100, Columbia, South Carolina 29210) CNSI 6144 (type B) radioactive materials shipping cask.
The package identification number for this cask is USA /6144/B, NRC Docket No. 71-5144.
