- 12. Ot5CRi7fiON OF A ut NDut NT / mODinCATION The purpose of this Supplemental Agreement is to extend the period of performance.

Under Article III - Period of Performance, the following change is made:
The period of performance for work set forth in Article II shall be from effective date of contract through August 31,198L 2.
Under Article V m Obligation of Funds is changed by increasing the amount by $25,000 from $177,638.00 to $202,638.00.
