EMERGENCY PLAN IMPLEMENTING PROCEDURES SURRY POWER STATION Pursuant td 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Paragrapn V, the enclosed Surry Power Station Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIP's) are being submitted at this time. Also, this submittal satisfies the re-quirements of NUREG 0737, Item III.A.2 (part 1).

These procedures reflect recent changes made to the Surry Power Station Emergency Plan. The Station intends to activate these EPIPs within 90 days of receiving formal approval of the Emergency Plan in order to train the station staff in these changes.
