Dear Sir:
Reference 1 requested the implementation of interim actions to control heavy loads and the submission of additional informa-tion in six month and nine month reports.
In Reference 2 the Power Authority requested that the due date for submission of the six and nine month reports be changed to September 1 and November 1, 1981, respectively.
Although a substantial effort to compile both reports was promptly undertaken, they could not be completed on schedule.
Therefore, the Power Authority requests that the submittal dates for the six and nine month reports be changed to October 15 and December 1 respectively.
The reports will be completed and submitted to the NRC by that date.
