Enclosed is a copy of the "HRC Staff's Additf on21 Answers to ' SOC's First Set of Interrogatories and Requests for ProdLction of Documents ****'".
(Tnese answers relate to SOC Contention 9.) The Staff reviewer who prepared the enclosed answers is away frou his office today. An affidavit certifying that the answers are true and correct will be forwarded to you early next week.
With regard to SOC Contention 19, you have verbally requested the following inforaation which has been supplied to ne by Jerry Wilson:

J.. a y3 Response - The Staff utilized Reg. Guides 1.109 through 1.113 during f/0 preparation of the Draft Environmental Statenent for Shorehaa. Since this review was performed in early 1977, records are not now available to deter I mine whica version of the Regulatory Guides were used. However, to the best; of our recollection, the version of the Regulatory Guide that was current at(
the time of the review (early 1977) was used during the Shorehara review.
