$,1 TheGovernormovesthattheCommissionimmediatelycoIs'i'ded the motion of the Joint Intervenors that was filed on September 16, 1981 concerning the breakdown of PG&E's security system on July 15, 1981.
The Governor was informed today by telephone call from the Secretary to the Appeal Board that the Board on September 17 denied Joint Intervenors' motion.
Accordingly, the Governor requests that the Com-ission treat the attached pleading, which had been prepared before the Board called, as a request for prompt Commission review of the regula-tory impact of the security incident of July 15, and that the pleadings l
l already filed by the parties be considered by the Commission.
