-c_-( db LICENSEE'S MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER

/.ai Intervenors Grista-Maria, Mills and Bier move for an extension until Septerber 18, 1981 to move to compel Licensee to answer Intervenors Interrogatories (Set III) dated August 9, 1981.

Josepn Gallo, counsel for Licensee has advised Intervenor's counsel that he has no objection to the extension.

Janice Moore, counsel for the Staff advised counsel for Intervenors that the Staff has no interest in the matter since the extension applies solely to Licensee.

Licensee's motion for protective order and objections were served by mail on August 31, 1981 so that the ten day period, plus five for service by mail, expires September 15.

The requested extension is for only three extra days to permit Stephen Smith, the principal draftman of the interrogatories to review the papers.
